Plenty of water with good drainage, try to keep the soil moist but avoid over saturation. Let the top inch of soil dry out between waterings, and decrease watering in the Winter. Enjoys indirect bright light but avoid direct sun rays. 

This is a coffee plant that can produce coffee beans! Bean production is probably unlikely in the Pacific Northwest though unless grown in a large greenhouse with climate control.
