If something is going wrong with your plants, please call us right away. We can often offer advice to turn things around.
We guarantee our plants for two weeks from the day you bring them home. If they don't seem to be doing well or they die within the two-week guarantee, please bring them back into the store for a refund. No refunds or exchanges are possible after two weeks.
For all other products, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with something you purchased from us just bring it on back! Within 30 days and with proof of purchase (either a receipt or a store account) you'll get your money back in whatever form you paid. After 30 days or without proof of purchase you'll receive a store credit that is good at both Plants on Broadway and our "big sister," Pets on Broadway.
