Mat forming plant with rosette producing leaves that are rounded and dark green in color. The leaves have silvery veins on top and pink-red undersides. In spring and early summer the plant shoots up flowers with stems reaching 18". The flowers are star shaped and are white with yellow centers as well as purple dots on the top three petals. The plant also grows vine-like red stolons with tips growing new plantlets.
Special Care Instructions

This hardy plant does best in low to medium indirect sunlight, but bright direct light can damage the leaves. Keep soil moist and allow the top two inches of soil to dry out between waterings. If kept outside, you should mulch them heavily to get them through the colder months.
